Primary testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in young patient: an uncommon presentation

Primary testicular lymphoma (PTL) is a rare form of extranodal lymphoma, this neoplasm the most common malignant tumor testis in elderly age, and majority cases are histologically diffuse large B-cell (DLBCL), accounting for 80% to 98% non-hodgkin lymphoma. Patients with primary DLBCL show continuously high risk recurrence no plateau survival curves tendency involve other sites, especially central nervous system contralateral testis. We report uncommon presentation B cell young patient.
